FILOFOCS stands for "French-Israeli Laboratory on Foundations of Computer Science", a joint laboratory (International Research Unit - IRL2005) of the CNRS, the Université Paris Cité, Tel-Aviv University, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Weizmann Institute of Science.
